Two more supporters have been handed football banning orders over tragedy chanting relating to Manchester United vs Liverpool fixtures. Tommy Jobling of Whitby, North Yorkshire pleaded guilty after distributing offensive messages and videos relating to the Hillsborough disaster through WhatsApp when the teams played in March 2024. He appeared at Salford Magistrates Court on September 20 and was subsequently issued with a 12-month community order, 20 rehabilitation days and 80 hours of unpaid work.
