Oil prices edged higher as OPEC, Russia and their allies agreed on April 27 to stick to plans to raise output slightly from May 1, suggesting they don’t see a lasting impact on demand from India’s coronavirus crisis. Reuters was almost 3 minutes ahead with the OPEC+ decision on the output and 21 seconds faster with the first official confirmation by Russian Deputy PM.
